Hello,
My name is Betty Ferren and I was diagnosed with Tranverse Myelitis a year ago. At first I had a difficult time with acceptance and the changes that would take place in my life. I am sure some of you, if not all, had the same feelings.
I am blessed, this year has brought me a long way! I am at a place now where adjustment has taken place and I am at peace with the way my life is and may be. I could not have done this alone.
I am glad to know you are out there and really can understand my feelings and things we deal with on a daily basis, when others really don't.
