Morning Issues

Yesterday and today I seem to be feeling a bit better. I did my rounds of video games last night, and watched a couple of movies with a friend. This morning though, and other mornings, I have been waking up going to the bathroom and then having this pain plus nausea, it happens at 6am and then my body doesn't want to sleep, I lay down on my bed awake until 7am. Help!! :(

How about a psychiatrist to help you deal with anxiety? It sounds like anxiety is your biggest problem.

Anxiety and GI problems are very common, at least in my experience, with PCS. I have times when I go through it for several days and then it will just settle down. I feel for you and hope that this too shall pass :)

Early waking is also a common symptom of depression.
