*Spring H2o versus Purified H2o*

I started drinking spring water about 9months ago instead of purified....I did'nt have a diagnosis I had a TBI @ this time.....I just always was a water drinker....I was constantly sick I remember and purified water started making me more nausea....Has anyone else noticed this? **Do you think it was because purified water doesn't have needed minerals and can make you more thirsty?

I'm still putting this puzzle of last year together because it was so foggy but a lot of different things that happened that I had no idea why....I guess I was either so messed up that I thought it was everything but my brain....but I did things like B12, meletonion, ice pack etc without knowing....was I in denial because no MD's were telling me?

Purified water can mean many things. The level of purification can vary depending on the purification system used. Many bottled water companies that sell spring water have tested the spring(s) they use for a specific characteristics. Purified often starts as tap water then is purified.

Your local water district should have a table available that lists the elements and compounds in your water. They are required to test it by federal standards. Our water district sends the test results out each year.

Interesting, someone actually just asked me on Sunday if I did any research on Lithium and potential benefits for PCS.

Just curious if anyone has done extensive reading on the subject if there is even any reading material available?

Dear Mia,
I find the bicarbonate levels in certain water brands trigger migraine for me so I always drink non purified tap water. I hate the smooth taste of purified.

.?

Confused?
If I were to choose from my tap water and my Pur water filtered water which would likely be better? Yes I get lots of headaches. Lately I drink both, whichever is convenient.
Part of my problem with this pcs is when a few of you post with different ideas with water or vitamins...my brain gets lost. I seem to have lost my ability to compare and contrast...or maybe it's just memory... I read the first post, then the second, then the third, and then can't remember the info from the first post.
Neuropsych test yesterday.
