help needed..is it trigeminal nuelgia

hii everyone....i am a 22 year old male from india..around 3 years back i started having pain(very low intensity just aching) somewhere on my right hand side of head..this pain over a period of 1 month shifted to behind my right eye and stayed there for around 2 years..it was just a kind of aching pain but constant and never had a pain free period.
now this is my third year..this pain has slowly shifted to somewhere in my jaws, sometimes in my ears, back of my head and very occasionally neck.
my pain can be described as dull, aching and constant.
tried painkillers prescribed by doctors, indometacin ,anti depressants etc but nothing worked much. so anyone out there had a similar experience.?? what can it be??by any chance is it trigeminal nuelgia?? help me

This does not sound like any trigeminal neuralgia pain Ive heard of. Keep in mind trigeminal neuralgia is known to be one of the most painful disorders in the world. Not migrating pain from place to place. however i dont know much about occipital neuralgia and that sounds more down your alley with the back of the head, jaw, and eye. But for your sake i hope its something easily treatable. Good Luck My Friend!
