Healthy living with Arthritis
 

Arthritis is an disorder that causes pain in joints and knees. Its also conclusive that with an healthy diet one can get relief from such pains. So anyone can please suggest me what all food items should be taken so that it will help in Arthritis? :)

I would try googling arthritis diets. My guess it would be an anti inflamation diet too.
