Small fiber neuropathy problems that may arise

My wife has recently been diagnosed with Full Body SFSN, this started about 2 years ago, she does not seem to have any signs of autoaunomic problems but worries she could develop them, what percentage of people with this condition develop autoaunomic problems and does she have a chance of not developing those problems, again her problems for the time being only seem sensory in nature. Hope I am asking this question correctly as I don't know much about any of this. Thank you.

It's hard to say.

Each neuropathic event is different, and while there are some patterns, a lot depends on the cause if one can be found.

In small fiber neuropathies, there is often, but not always, some autonomic involvement, though this often 'subclinical' and not hard to manage. What seems to be involved is which exact types of small fibers are being damaged--some conditions are more 'pan-global', some not.
