Visual Snow

Has anyone experienced visual snow as a pcs syndrome. Everthing concists out of pixels and little dots. It's my worst symptom and it's there all the time. If it would go away I would feel 50% better. So anxious it won't...

I can relate...I had visual snow and tracers...it use to be bad now it is just when I close and reopen in a fast pace...like looking at a black paper with white writing is the worst(so just avoid).Be patient with yourself things will get better.

I had the pixelated vision and visual snow thing for about 5 months or so. It did get better as I started to heal. But yes, it was very annoying. An opthalmologist showed there was no permanent eye damage. Its another symptom that will eventually go away. Hoping it gets better soon for you!

Hi all, I had a concussion at the end of January 2014. I noticed the static (visual) snow only in the night time. Then, in the months that followed, the snow would worsen from incidents that are jarring, like when I lightly hit my head against my headboard or when I was in a car that went over a speed bump fast. I now notice the visual snow in the daytime as well, especially in indoor poor lighting conditions. It is my most worrying PCS symptom, but I find that my head also does not respond well to too much computer use and I cannot sustain sleep.

I wish so badly for the visual snow to go away...at this point I am scared that it will just periodically get worse again and again. I hope others can share their experiences.
