Shoulder issue:

Okay x-ray shows.

Calcium deposits for lack of the word they used. Suffice to say its not
supposed to be there. And no not taking calcuim will not make it go away.

I had to call and make sure we have insurance before, I could agree tonext steps.

1. Nurse Practioner suggest Physical therapy and then Ortho if that doesn't
work.

2. My husband, and a friend online suggest. But I had already been leaning
towards it.

a. Ortho now, and physical therapy both. Not sure but think that way I
am already started wtih them.

I am not sure what will happen if I need it after March. ugh not the kind
of news I needed.

Donna,
:circlelove:
I wish that the doc's office had better news.

The dr has a plan to help you. That part is good.

[Just a suggestion I had neck fusion surgery and I have major shoulder issues as well...so from past experience unless its a fracture --xray dont show much as far as real damage. They should be doing a mri.

I got into the Ortho on Wednesday morning. And if I'm rememebering
right this is one of the best Shoulder ortho's in town. So this is good.

He will be able to read the x-ray's and if there is a need for more with
x-rays or mri's or anything then they can do it there. Or sometime
after. And decide if physical therapy or something else.

I'm hoping for a cortisone shot too.

Ugh, I'm having trouble sleeping with this shoulder problem.

I really need to figure out how to solve this part of the problem.

I know its not that easy, but it would be nice to at least a little
more sleep.

1. to do list, new pillow for shoulder and neck area in bed.
2. Ice pack, I think. Something to do with the heat.
