My Annual Checkup
 

I was nervous but calmer than I expected to be. My last trip to
the Docs landed me in the hospital, due to an ungraceful fall to
the garage floor.

It was bitter cold outside, so body was a bit stiff and didn't want
to move, but I made it, without falling.:cool:

The PT exercises I've been doing daily, improved my strength
and agility, so it was easier with all of the transfers, I had to
make. I even got my bra on..:D..put it on over my head..LOL!

BP was 114/76, so I apparently was not anxiety filled.:wink: I will
know the blood test results in a day or two. Doc calls me himself
with the results. I like that. He said, everything else looks good
for an old bat (no he did not say that):)

All in all it was a pleasant trip.:D

I'm so glad it went well for you today. Trips like this just wear me out....even if they go smoothly. It takes me a couple of days to recover!

It's all about adapting to our circumstances.....so putting your bra on over your head should be celebrated! ;) There are days when I don't even expend the energy to do that!! :o

Good idea about the bra - hadnt thought of that one - I thought it was just me having so much trouble puting the darn thing on and getting my hands/fingers to do it up - so it happens to other people too?????

I guess misery loves company, but I am certainly open to innovative ideas :)

Don't get me started on bras.

Doc just now called to give me the excellent results of my blood tests..:yahoo:.. He said, "now if I could just do something about your MS". He is just too sweet.

Sounds like you've got a great doctor--and congratulations on all the good news!

Every good medical exam is a positive milestone in our MS journey! :D

Sal, great to hear your body is working well...except for the MS, of course. You're doing a great job of taking care of yourself.:D
