To Remember a Dream 30min After

I have not been able to remember very much since accident and to wake up with this dream so fresh for 30min I am left to wonder is this a good sign in recovery? It was not a good or bad dream it was scattered with some meaning and places and people from high school.I know my long term memory is still good but my short term has been not good at all.Am I reading too much into this or is this a good sign?Any feedback is appreciated:grouphug:

Nowadays, I dream too much. Like, for example, I once had a dream with Jonah Hill in it and everyone was running around doing drugs. I was standing there with all my clothes on and was like wtf? I eventually woke up and thought it was weird being that it felt so real.

Honestly, if you can dream, its a good sign, means you are getting good rest. REM sleep is very important during this time. My dreams though are usually weird. Due to my weird imagination.

dreaming...

I havent had any dreams that I can remember since my accident except for a few short vivid snipets that fleeted quickly when my neurologist had me on aricept for a while. I used to dream often enough to remember the gist the next morning. I think dreaming is a good sign of a normal functioning brain.

constant nightmares\never dreaming or remembering that you dreamed at all I think would mean there are problems, It will be interesting to see what others think.

Hi Jinga~
I just started to dream and remember them last 2 days after I been on 10 good days with only 3melt downs since I started my new medicine.

Yesterday was a ok dream and today I was forced to wake up because I was experiencing a real life like nightmare....I forced myself to get up to stop this intrusive nightmare....I don't know if it was from a slight change in schedule yesterday, did my home vestibular therapy before I went to bed insyead of regular time, a irritating phone call, something I ate, no idea but I woke up scared to death and soooooo happy I was in my bed!
