Morning Sunshine Please1

Every morning it seems, my stomach likes to go haymire. I fall asleep nice but when I wake up my stomach feels bloated, gassy and I am having to run to the bathroom all to find out my stomach hurts anyway and then I feel nauseous until the afternoon. Any ideas?
Also wanted to note: stomach also feels crampy.

Think about what you did 24-48hours ago.If it was overstimulating it is catching up.Have you changed your lifestyle for the moment(video games, visual stimulation)Are you eating right?Maybe staying away from dairy, eggs, fast food?If you are not treating anxiety this could be a reason. Depression could be a reason. When there is change in the Central Nervous System you will end up with anxiety, depression etc.Have you tried tums?Do you have allergies to medication? How long have you felt like this?

Hi
Yes I get this sometimes a lot since my head injury. it tends to happens when I am tired or
Have over done it. With me it is anxiety related, so I do deep breathing
To help relax the tummy. Or I go for a lie down. But it's best to mAybe
Mention it next dr. Vist and get it checked out. As previous
Post says, check to see what might have prompted it.
Thinking of you try to relax hope things will improve soon

Ah,
That would make sense.!
With so much else to deal with we forget the normal things in life some
Times. Take care.
