Hi Tammy,
Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups. :)

In your situation I would call my doctor. If you still feel the need to urinate after you have just urinated you could possibly have a urinary tract infection or it could be quite normal depending on your specific medical history.

Just wondering how you know there is 99cc of urine in your bladder? Do you have some type of pre-existing urinary tract dysfunction?

I remember asking my daughter's doctor years ago when she was ill about the amount that is retained in the bladder and all I recall is that it can vary a lot because of things like age, other medical conditions including stuctural difference etc.. I doubt that a small amount retained would result in any type of reflux at all, but again, it would vary from person to person.

I'd be calling my doctor even if it's for reassurance that this is quite typical considering the type of surgery you've just had 5 weeks ago.
