What Does Eggs & Dairy Do 2 You?

Good morning survivors from afar. I was curious to what symptoms others get when eating eggs and dairy products?
I just wanted to compare symptoms.....:grouphug:

Whole eggs have a lot of good amino acids that are good for the brain.

Comparing individual experiences sounds counter productive. Has your doctor put you on an elimination diet to see if you have any sensitivities?

Since I have been on a vegan diet, I have had a marked decrease in headaches. When I "cheat" and eat eggs and dairy, I tend to get more headaches.

Animal products can contribute to inflammation throughout the body, which can be a contributor to a variety of chronic conditions.

It is also possible to get complete proteins from plant sources.

I am now mostly whole foods vegan because eggs and dairy caused bloating and stomach issues. Dairy in particular. You know you're having a bad inflammatory response to something when you gain a pound or two overnight!

I feel much better on a whole foods vegan diet.

I used to have horrible problems with milk. Now, I only drink non-homogenized milk. The body knows how to process non-homogenized milk. Homogenized milk has artificially modified butter fat that enters the blood stream improperly. The gut does not know how to digest it properly.

I have a chronic paralytic gut from my neck injury. I was bloated for 3 days until yesterday, finally my gut let go and I unload 3 pounds. I am finishing a slow cooker full of pinto beans to help my system. It helps to eat a cup every other day or so.

Unmodified animal fats are very important for brain tissue support. Research shows that replacing animal fats with 'healthy' vegetable fats leads to smaller brain mass and earlier decline. There are many who believe that Crisco Shortening may be a big contributor to the drastic increase in Alzheimer's disease.

Pork lard is high in BCAA's (Broken Chain Amino Acids)

Hydrogenated oils are certainly not healthy. Vegetable fats in moderate amounts in their natural state are healthy.

Raw eggs cause my eczema to flare up, but only on my face. Cooked eggs of any kind are not a problem. I have heard of other people having this unusual symptom as well. I get eczema all over my body, so it's strange that a substance can cause such a localized breakout.

The problems I found

Thanks for the feedback everyone! From dairy I get very lethargic and fatigue with a lot of coughing up phlegm besides headaches....Eggs is bad stomach bloating and last about a day...I only cook with extra virgin organic coconut oil...I had got a full board of allergy test and this was what came back was grass, ragweed etc

If you are going to give up eggs and dairy, it is important to replace them with complete plant proteins. You will also need to supplement vitamin B12 which is only available from animal sources. You will also need to increase your intake of calcium-rich leafy greens or else take a calcium supplement.
