If you try www.healthgrades.com I think they charge $7.95 for a search of settlements reached. Unfortunalty if there are settlements set up with admission of liaility I am not sure it is included. But, worth a try.

His specialty is orthopedicas, so not likely he is not a TOS specialist from the sounds of it. I would search some CA sites for cases in workers comp and see if any links to his name pop up for cases he gave testimony in.

I assume that w/c is sending you to this doctor for an IME....If that is the case, he may not even do surgery. These guys make huge millions doing all IME's.
I will look and see if I have any links for CA filings or decidions he may be listed in...
