Please help me with your knowledge ....

I usually post in the TBI section on this site, but I think for this issue I must ask for your help.

Since my accident (please read below), I have suffered 10 collapses since July 2012. 6 required hospitalisation.

The first time I had a pain in the back of my head so bad I actually called my parents and told them I thought I was dying. I stopped being able to speak so an ambulance was called and I spent a couple of days in hospital CT clear so sent home.

The next time there was no pain at the start, I just felt strange and disoriented. Someone saw me ( I was in a shopping center) and they called an ambulance. I didn't know where I was or my name or the day and couldn't speak for 2 hrs.

This sort of thing has happened over again and doctors are looking at epilepsy, brain trauma etc but I feel from what I have read these are TIA's. The paramedics have all said the same.

Who can diagnose these?
How?
Can I prevent them?

Many thanks
