Numbness and shaky feeling

Today has probably been a worst for me in a while. Mondays are always hard, coming back to staring at a computer for 9 hours under flourescent lights isn't helpful, but today is different. When I went out for lunch I couldn't even stop anywhere I felt so unnerved. My legs were shaking when I would pick them up to use the gas and brake pedals, my hands dropping things. I'm having trouble just typing now. It seems to be subsiding a bit now that I am settled in again but wonder if there's anything you guys do to help these symptoms. I haven't dealt with this as strong as it is today. I have lighter feeling in my right side normally but today it is worse and seems to be system wide. Maybe just the fronts coming in? I'm at a loss and just want to climb in bed where I feel safe.

Do you do deep breathing/meditative exercises?

I've read posts on here from those who do and they say it helps. I don't know how to do this or I'd advise you myself.

Definitely I've noticed increase in my symptoms when there's a change in weather pressure. That could be it. Or increased fatigue from it being (ugh) Monday.

Try drinking extra water? I notice all my symptoms are worse when I'm not well hydrated...

Wish I had a magic cure. I'm so sorry you're having a rough day. :(

I have this when I've overdone it, when I'm stressed and also when my blood sugar is low. Meditating/deep breathing is a great recommendation but I also wanted to mention the blood sugar aspect. Think about what you've eaten in the last 24 hours or so and was it high in sugar or carbs and now you're crashing? Or, have you not eaten much today and need to have a healthy snack.

Just some thoughts. Hope you're feeling better. Sounds like a dangerous thing when driving!

I definitely notice I feel better if I have eaten a regularly solid meal as opposed to just snacking, water too is just huge. I think that was a huge issue since I had to take alergy meds thanks to the front coming in so I was dried out. After posting I downed about 6 glasses of water and felt a bit better. As always i felt fairly normal once I got home. I hate that I feel 100% worse at work, since that's where I need to be most focused, but I don't doubt the florescent lights play a huge part in that. I'm really close to buying a lamp for my office and seeing if that will help.

I haven't ever done any meditating. I guess that's something I could try. Heck at this point I would try anything. I tis definitely quite scary driving that way, I've actually planned out in my head what I could do using the cruise control if it got too bad one day. Driving has always been an issue for me though since my wreck. My neurologist pegged it all as psychological but I knew better. My eyes play tricks on me while driving, and then just get tired and rest... not a good time to do so at all.
