My borther is suggesting/wont stop talking about juice fasting to help me feel better

from my Post Concussion Syndrome. It's been over a year and I'm still getting headaches, Is juice fasting worth a try? Might it help?

I only know that your brain needs good food, lots of liquids, enough glucose and protein, and lots of other things! You don't want to be too hungry!

A common problem with head aches is upper neck injuries. If you are tender behind the ears, it usually means you have soft tissue injury at atlas (C-1) to occiput (base of the skull). Icing this area can help. Getting gentle treatment to help this area heal. It also requires good discipline to protect this joint from further trauma.

A juice fast seems like a very bad idea. What scientific based research has he done to support this? Every article I have seen stresses good balanced nutrition with plenty of protein, which you would get 0 of in a juice fast.
