General Question

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

My EX suffers from Cerebral Palsy and is claiming that 3 years ago my 2.5 year old son kicked him in the head causing him to have a concussion and can NOT remember spanking my son, or shoving soap into his mouth, or slapping him across the face... I need help because I have been blamed because my EX says he can't remember because of the kick to his head by my toddler....

InquisitiveMommy,

Welcome to NeuroTalk. It sounds like you may be in a custody dispute. There is no way to determine if your Ex does not remember his actions. His CP throws a monkey wrench into the issue, too. I also don't understand what you are being blamed for. Is he blaming you for your son kicking him in the head ? Is he claiming injury from that kick ?

Hi and welcome. Like Mark, I'm curious about underlying context for the question. Who is blaming you for what? A kick from a toddler wouldn't seem to me to be a likely cause for a concussion, especially if this is just surfacing now after 3 years.
