Listen up ozzie memmbers. As of the 1st of march Lyrica is now on the doctors free list and the price of lyrica is $37 for 60x150mg
If you have a disabilty pension card like me ,Lyrica is $7 a box (60x150mg) I just bought 6 months worth. great news :) |
That is good news, because Lyrica is extreemely expensive. Can you explain what "doctor's free list" means?

Ozzie means Australia, and there they have gov't health insurance. The "free" list I believe refers to drugs that they can get for a low copay, and are authorized for patient care.
It appears that Lyrica was too expensive to be eligible before but now it is available to patients there. Here is an article about it: http://www.thepharmaletter.com/file/...ncentives.html |

I just started on Lyrica not long ago too. I went to my neuro and was told I could now get script from GP as they are on PBS list. I was originally advised to refill script in hospital where my neuro works and they would be cheaper there than n ordinary pharmacy. I payed $34 for a box of 56 capsules at 25 mg from pharmacy in shopping centre. It be great to get it cheaper. |
