Almost Recovered

I feel like I am close to recovery, been taking meds, getting rest, doing yoga Saturday mornings. Neuralgia pain is unheard of now. Been seeing a physical therapist, my psychotherapist, psychiratist. My neurologist gave me the clear to up my limits on things such as TV, computer, and any kind of screen time to 2 hours at max with brain rest. And she gave me the clear to see my relatives and newborn baby nephew in Ohio! So I am taking a leave for next week, and I can't wait! :) Hope everyone is recovering well!

That's brilliant news, Im so pleased for you.
sounds like you have a good team behind you
It's great to hear recovery stories, as it keeps us all positive and focused.
I am at 9 months now and things are also very good, I still have
Light and sound sensitivity occasional headaches and lightheaded but
Much better than at 6 months. I don't know about you but I found
Yoga to be the best thing to help me.
Keep on healing and congrats on your nephew, bet you can't wait to see him.

Thank you, it's always great to hear of success in recovery. Like you, I have found yoga very helpful, particularly to reduce anxiety.
