This has been an issue regarding vets and soldiers since the Bush administration. The Bush admin established Military Medical Centers of Excellence specializing in specific conditions common to returning soldiers.

Michelle and Mrs Biden are a bit late to the party.

The key issue here will be if they have enough understanding of mTBI and concussion to teach anything worthwhile.
