Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines

I've read Complex Regional Pain Syndrome: Practical Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines, 4th Edition recently uploaded to the RSDS.org site. My CRPS roughed up brain doesn't understand completely. Looks to me like the guidelines are the same? Has anybody else read the new guidelines? If so, can you simplify and interpret for me and others? Has anything changed? Thanks.

Well.... I did try to read all 50 plus pages . I'm afraid I need the Reader's Digest version.

While I haven't read it all yet either (I saw your post and clicked from my cell phone, but my eyes and little phone type just aren't a good mix), I thank you for your post because I'm hoping that my lawyer could use that document in our ongoing fight for treatment with WC.
