There's a show on now about brain health and brain training. Has anyone ever done this program? He was showing spect? Scans and it's cool what they are able to show. Anyone have one of these? The Doctor is Daniel Amen talking. I'll have to look this up more tomorrow. Interesting stuff.

Dr Amen is well know for his human potential/brain potential business. His protocol is oriented toward the wealthy who are eager to achieve as much as possible.

Ok I did a search and see that this has been brought up before. The show is interesting though. Talking about supplements now....

Last week I was trying to read through the boards and figure out what supple mementos to order but it was giving me a headache. Decision making and comparing things seems to be areas I am struggling with. So I just went to his site and bought a bunch of stuff. I also hate going to stores now so that simplified things for me too. I know they are probably more expensive but the convenience was what I was looking for.
