Hi, I'm Chrissy and I'm very brand spankin new.

I've always flirted on the edge of movement disorders (medications bring it out, like benedryl, atypical anti-psychotics etc). But after a mistake the pharmacy made on my Welbutrin script (double the mg dosage) I now tic heavily. If I keep busy I tic very little, So I am seen rocking, swinging my legs, any kind of movement so I don't tic. They are violent movements and I wind up sore at the end of the day otherwise.

I will be seeing a neuro but I need to find a good one. The one I went through for my migraines etc was a hack. My county isn't know for its plethora of great doctors (lol)

I guess that's the readers digest condensed version of my story.

From reading your post, I'm sure you'd benefit from the Movement Disorders forum. I'm sure you know how to get around these forums, so you may have found it already. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. So don't hesitate to post -- just jump right in and share.
