Vitamin Regimen

I started the vitamin regimen as suggested by Mark in Vitamin and Supplements Regimen about 6 days ago.

IT IS WORKING!!! I have had brain fog and memory/concentration issues for a very long time. A big THANK YOU to NeuroTalk and Mark, I feel as if I've been given a new lease on life, the fog has dissipated.
