I also hope that family needs are being seen to by someone else... and that someone is there to keep an eye on you as well. Even just to bring you a glass of water so you can stay still.

Thanks Waves, Brain and Katmae.

I am doing pretty well. Taking it slow and letting things go.

Except I did take Derrick to the ortho today. And he is starting
physical therapy tomorrow. And getting out of the sling when
he is sitting down, so that his arm and elbow doesn't get to stiff.

Bizi - Derrick's elbow injury
 

Dear Bizi :hug:Derrick cracked his elbow (OUCH!) at track practice, right on Donna's 32'nd anniversary! :eek:

Derrick did pretty good at PT. And she did some massage for the swelling.
And put a sleeve on the arm. And also some caneso tape. I have had this
before also. IT is pretty helpful.
