Calmar Pain Relief Therapy?

Has anyone heard of Calmar Pain Relief Therapy and "scrambler therapy" for PN?
I was referred to them by my internist who has a patient who swears by this. It's time-consuming and expensive, and requires getting off Lyrica before treatment can start.
Any info about this? Thanks!
