I can't do that. My neck is a lot better than it used to be but it still needs a lot of work.

I figured. Its from clair davies trigger point book. I dont think i couldve done that a year ago with my tight scm

She actually looks hypermobile to me but maybe its just a bad drawing

Yes, this hurts me. I am also hypermobile. Gives me a headache and cramps up the area.

I can't the chin behind the collar bone either.

When I try there is no severe pain, but I feel plenty of tightness... everywhere.

Yes. Definite difference between left and right sides. Only radiates up to base of skull, not arm though. Odd.
