When I go into a chat room it will allow me to make 1 post then won't allow me to post anymore. What am I doing wrong?:(:confused::eek:

Does the chat box for the message show up still , but you can't type in it?
Is there any error /message displayed?

just a reminder that we share the chat rooms with Psych Central, our Mental Health community, and the chat there is mainly social rather than health related.

The health discussions at NeuroTalk primarily take place in the forums, with very few of the members here ever using the chat rooms

I am not sure why you should be having any problem using the chat tho:confused:

I am able to type in the bar but when I hit send it won't do anything. then it won't let me type anymore or backspace it.

Have you tried another browser, to see if it works better for you?

What operating system/ browser are you using (Windows, Linux or Mac) or a smart phone?
Windows IE, Firefox, Chrome, or some other one?

I went into the chat and typed a few messages to myself to test and it was fine, and others would be reporting if there was an issue on the system side of things..

I have windows 7. I'm not very computer literate. I used internet Explorer. just thought it would be fun to go into the chat room. I have never been in one before. Thanks for everyone's help!!
