I've been dealing with severe anxiety for the last 3 years and depression for the last year. I only recently began seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist (in the last 6 months.) While I want to take my life back, I'm terrified of ssri's. I'm currently searching for natural remedies, and hoping good choices (my depression is situational) will help me on the path.
