Anybody tried Neo 40 for brain health?

My father bought me this supplement called Neo 40 that supposedly helps with brain health by increasing nitric oxide activity which supposedly increases oxygen to the brain. Helps relieve confusion and increases ability to multi-task. Has anyone tried it? He has taken it and felt a lot of tingling in his head so he believes it works on the blood increasing.

Here are the ingredients:
Vitamin C (as magnesium ascorbate and ascorbic acid)100 mg
Vitamin B12(as methylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin)1000 mcg
Proprietary Nitric Oxide Blend for optimal Nitric Oxide activity: Beet Root Powder (root), Hawthorn Berry Extract(berry), L-Citrulline, Sodium Nitrite 420 mg
Other Ingredients: Mannitol, modified cellulose, xylitol, natural orange flavor, magnesium, stearate, Stevia, silica.

Does anyone see any concern with any of these ingredients? I'm a little worried mixing my effexor with something like this. Any thoughts appreciated!

Thanks

CC

As much as I love the fact that there is a good amount of B-12 in there, what I don't like is the fact there are fake sugars in there which in turn is not good for the brain. I take Stress-B complex which has 500 mcg of B-12 plus Vitamin C. I also take a 5000 mcg supplement of Methylcobalamin B-12. These are great and can be bought from vitamin world.

coq10

I have been taking coq10 for about a week now and I like it. I found out about it from a different board, but see if that can work with any other meds you have. It is over the counter and a supplement.

Best to you!
