Does anyone have any recommendations for a really good in patient rehab medicine (physical and occupational therapy for PN) program located in Florida?

Hi Bob, can't help you with a specific name, but I would recommend reading "Inside Rehab" (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...w_myk_ro_title) The book gives a good overview of what's out there, pro& con, types of rehab, cost, links, patient experiences... It will help you to make an informed choice and give you an idea of what to expect.

Unfortunately that book doesn't seem to address my need, which isfor physical and occupational therapy. But I appreciate the effort.

Might want to check your insurance to see what, or where they allow. What part if Florida are you in? There is Mayo in Jax, a good one whose name I have forgotten in Miami.
