Hello -

I just was looking at neurological chronic Lyme on line for diagnosis codes; for further information on the effects of drugs that were grossly misprescribed (amphetamine derivatives and dextroamphetamine up to 60mg/day -- for atypical depression and fatigue and possible adult ADD), even though I've always had a severe anxiety disorder and responded well to moderate anxiolytic doses and needed far too much when the others were added!); for SPECT and MRI results that may have been more from the meds than from the Lyme, which was in the CSF, but certainly not having a tremendous effect before treatment was initiated...

etc., etc.
