Chronic Inflamation, is it real ?

Hi, I'm dealing with so many health issues, and I read that more than a few of them might have started with Chronic Inflamation, which if i understand right, is an AutoImmune disorder, where the T-cells begin to eat the organs and muscles.

I cannot find much information on this condition, nor any thread in here. Does anyone know where I might look? I also was recently self-diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, when my doctors ignored all my symptoms, and didn't even offer to order a blood panel. I went to a new doc, telling her I HAD diabetes, and she tested me. My blood sugar levels were 592. I really was dying. I'm so tired of self-diagnosing. I envy you who have decent doctors and access to local clinics and specialists. :(

I hope to get to know you better.
