VNS maganets

Just as an FYI

A girlfriend of mine has two boys with the VNS and one of their magnets has broken, the plastic split front and back when he fell.

She called Cyberonics this afternoon and they are going to replace them free of charge.

She said it seemed like they were aware there was a problem with them and the only question she had was what the lot # was on the box. Mary didn't have the box but the rep wasn't to concerned.

Just FYI!

I am glad she is getting a replacement.
Even with things not to good at the company they should be standing by the people who have this device.

Hope she gets it soon.

good to know my child's magnet has been cracked a little over a year now..no dropping just minor bangs on the table etc when eating. That might be why the dang thing isn't working all the time

Riley hasn't started wearing hers until this past week and only then b/c school started and we are down to one magnet.

You outta call and get a replacment.
