I looked it up, and ironically it looks like its what you call a ms hug. i'm new to ms so I don't know how to treat this or what to do. any suggestions? the other wierd thing, is I had surgery down below, and whenever the pain gets real intense I can even feel it go down to the scar tissue down there and makes it hurt. Any comments, advice?

Pain in the midsection, on top of just not feeling yourself, could be 'dread'. 24 years old, newly diagnosed, wow. It's tough being the younger member of the MS community. I was 25 when I had my 1st bout of ON.
And, of course, the more you read about it, the worse everything appears. Not that getting that dx isn't dreadful enough. Being young, life before you. And yeah. It really stinks, to be honest.
You mentioned, lack of insurance being a barrier between you and getting the help and support that you desire. In an ideal situation, if you had the insurance, what would you like to get help with from your doctor(s)? What would help you, most?
