B12

What type of b12 should I get? I just can't sort through all of the types, all of the posts...going to iherb and trying to place an order for all of the supplemements is completely overwhelming for me!

I think you should get the activated B12 (in case you are a poor or non-methylator).

I use Puritan's Pride brand.

But here are the brands at iherb:

There are so many now. Back when I started Jarrow was basically one of the few available. You can go on Amazon, or any other outlet online and find it now.

If you suspect or know you are very low, start at 5mg (5,000mcg) daily on an empty stomach. You do not need to use them under the tongue. We know now that not much is absorbed that way. Average dosing is 1000mcg/day. It is important to take on an empty stomach with no food for an hour or so.

Even Walgreen's has a brand now... Nature's Bounty.

A poster on our PN forum found it in the Chicago area Walgreen's store. So call ahead if you try locally, to make sure it is there.

Thanks

Thanks
It took me hours to place my supplement order. Things like that are the most difficult for me. Strange how things that used to be so simple are now so very difficult.
