Now I need to figure out what I am going to do to get back on sleep schedule!I'm all screwed for a day or 2.Any suggestions?I know I am going to crash again in middle of day and same scenario....

Be outside during the middle part of the day for a few hours. It helps reset your circadian rhythms...body clock. Good luck!

Hope you get feeling better soon. Just resume your schedule as normal. Sometimes I get messed up on my schedule after having to take a nap. I just go back to my normal schedule. It might take a day or two until you are sleeping through the night again.
Brain
