Recommended Neurosurgeons

I have had " a bad back " for 34 years. I am looking for a neurosurgeon that is recommended. I have had a Lamenectomy , various procedures, medications, etc. etc. Help!! Someone in my area has had success and I want to find the very best as I am a candidate for an operation.

What kind of surgery are you going to have? Are you SURE that surgery is the BEST route to take?

What else have you tried? Is your spinal cord being compressed? Do you have nerve impingement?

I'm just concerned, as so many surgeries are being done when they may not NEED to be done.

Just wondering. Hugs, Lee
