I'm here....just recovering from my shots today. They hurt a little more than usual so I have been resting.

Also quietly having manic episodes lately. Thanks in large part to the change in weather. It seems the sun is a trigger for me. Go figure?:rolleyes:
This explains why I am up typing away at 4:30 in the morning.
According to my psych nurse I am not alone but when you are talking to beat the band and you know you are and can't stop, you feel very stupid and alone. My meds have been upped and I can only slather on so much sunscreen and protect myself from the sun when in the sun (like at the racetrack where I will be again on Saturday) it can really drive you nuts.:rolleyes:
Well enough from me, I am going to try and get some more zzzz's.
