Where can I get the Anti-MAG antibody blood test
 

Hi,
My 85 year old father has been suffering from peripheral neuropathy symptoms for years and finally a visit to a neurologist from out of town has given him a requisition for this Anti-MAG antibody test. We live in a smaller city (Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada) and now the neurologist has left and none of the medical labs here know anything about this test nor can they tell him where in Canada he can get this test done. Calls to the neurologist have been unsuccessful.
Can anyone out there tell me where he can have this test done? Thank you
