Chiari malformation and hormone deficiencies?

Hi,
Im new. I am a healthy 37 year old female. Chronic neck pain (2 years) finally sent me to have an MRI of my neck and thats when the CM showed up. 10 mm herniation with reduced spinal fluid flow. The radiologist actually typed "tight foraman magnum". I need a flow study. Will talk to my NS about that next week.
Anyway, nothing helps. The muscles have spasmed so bad that its pulled the curve out of my neck. Anti spasmodics dont seem to help either. Botox takes the edge off.
On top of that, my hormones started sliding down the hill. (i have figured this all out on my own, no help from any of my docs!)
Charting my temps in AM, i never got out of the 96s. That and hair loss, weight gain, dry brittle nails, joint pain.. etc.. etc and had my doc run the thyroid antibodies (negative) Free T3, Free T4 and TSH.. all pointed to thyroid probs. Ive been on synthroid for a while. Feeling better, lost 30 lbs.. but then the symptoms came back.. some of them. I am doing another saliva profile test next week. I did one 6 months ago and found out my progesterone and estradiol tanked. Doc put me on a low dose progesterone cream on days 12-26 of my cycle. Helped a ton. Now.. other symptoms are creeping up. I think the estradiol dipped even further and is out of balance with the progesterone. UGH! Everything im going through now correlates with low estrogen.

Ive seen a few articles here and there about the reduction in CSF causing the pituatary to go wonky and your hormones to start acting up.
Other then this CM, i have no other health issues. I eat low carb and paleo, even organic as much as I can afford it. I work out 6 days a week and twice on tues and thurs and am really too young to be dealing with this kind of hormonal stuff.. anyone going through this?
