Hi All- I was in an auto accident years ago and sustained a broken skull and closed head injury- the brain damage was mostly frontal and temporal. I changed, of course, and so did life, and I've been trying ever since to do the best I can- but judgement, emotions, memory, attention, etc- all got messed up from the accident. So I keep trying to learn more about how best to deal with my changed self. Am hoping to learn from y'all here and share what I can that might help others.
