HELP Me Please

I have several problems C1-C5 bulging,L5 close to herniating and my physical therapist is looking to release me in July.I am down to last cortisone shot in neck and only did one in back and made pain worse.I was offered a epidural steroid shot in back but refused because I want to stay away from surgeries. So I been doing pain Management and physical therapy.

I will be getting released from physical therapist in a few month's and I do not know what to do with myself?I am soooooo lost!I have a neurological problem which is problem solving and I have no idea what to do after physical therapy?I am trying to plan ahead and I will continue to do my home exercises that PT taught me.I am open to ANY suggestions besides surgery please & thank you.Mia

Do you have any of your MRI reports? Are they recent? If you do, could you post them here for us to see? It could help.

If you have a few months left of physical therapy, that's GOOD. Things can change drastically in a few months of therapy! When exactly does therapy end?

Do the cortisone injections work in the neck? If they DON'T, don't have them! Steroids aren't good for the body anyway.

Again, if you have your MRI reports, please post them here, okay? Hope to hear from you. Hugs, Lee :)

Just a thought

I only know a little bit about the spine and its diseases/complications, but I do know you sound very depressed, and (I'm not saying you Aren't in severe pain or don't have a disorder), maybe you should seek help from a psychiatrist as well. For one, you are stressed, depressed, anxious and all that awful stuff. Two, the depression, etc. can cause pain to increase tremendously.
I don't know if that's helpful at all, but I know the desperation you feel, I'm going through the same problem, just different disease. I know it is beyond frustrating when doctors have become nearly useless, and you don't know where else to turn, that's why I suggested seeing a psychiatrist because you have a lot more stress on you now that seems like its causing some psychological effects. Maybe you can at least tackle those issues and get at least some relief in your life. There is no shame in seeing a psychiatrist. Please feel better and let me know what is going on
