What Does Hot Weather Do to You?

I get very wore out faster and very lethargic.I do not get to hot because of my PTSD I am always cold. This summer might be different because I am on medication. What does the heat do to your PCS?:grouphug:

Heat and hot

The heat we had yesterday in MN was GREAT for me, but we've had the longest winter EVER.

Humidity -- haven't had it yet, but it usually makes me tired.

In general, I am not feeling any big diff with the heat and PCS right now

Take care

So Far in Heat

In heat I get stated in above reply and I confirmed I do not sweat unless walking/jogging.Humidity on the other hand I am drenched in sweat and do not like to leave the house. So my PTSD keeps me pretty chilled in temperature but not in the mind lol.:grouphug:
