Welcome to NeuroTalk:

I have a long long thread about B12 on the PN forum:
just click on this link:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread85103.html

You can ask questions there at the end, or here on this thread.
But please try to read a bit of it each day... B12 chemistry in the body is very complicated and give yourself some time to
assimilate it all. ;)

Alot of it you can do yourself, once you know you B12 status, from testing. Doctors sadly are not very informed, still, about it.

Here is a new video you can watch to get started. It does not go into detail like I do, but it will motivate you, I think.

B12

HI,I was reading the posts on B12 and it is supposed to be a small molecule are
all B vitamins small molecule's and if so should they all be taken on a empty
stomach or can a multi B vitamin at any time, thanks

B12 in supplement form has special requirements for absorption...
that is why it needs empty stomach. Presence of food prevents passive absorption of B12, without intrinsic factor (-- many people don't know if their intrinsic factor is working-- so empty stomach applies).

Most vitamins and minerals however can be taken with food.

One exception is lipoic acid.
