Has anyone tried alpha lipoic acid or acetyl-L-carnitine for peripheral neuropathy?
 

I've got mild numbness in the feet but no pain.

When this started, what was going on with you when it started, etc. Drugs you use, vaccines, exposure in your job and/or hobbies, relatives with similar symptoms, medical tests and their results, etc. There can be many lifestyle triggers, and it can also be hereditary.
