Benefits of this forum.
 

Today I was looking through this forum and for some reason I searched my own name here and read all my old posts.

Very interesting. As I read my posts and replys from beginning of my time here to the end, it was quite helpful. To see where I was, what I was asking, learning, doing, where I am now compared to then, was very interesting.

Some things I had been interested in, I had let go, or forgotten, or never tried. Some things I did try and it didn't work, others worked greatly.

There are a lot of benefits to this forum, helpful, kind people. Fountains of information. People learning from each other.

I find myself rereading the supplements pages all the time, again, with intentions to try things and sometimes I forget to actually do it, then reread and decide to try again.

Anyway, this is a great place. I am thankful I found it.
