The importance of movement
This is a good video about the importance of movement. Mainly, a wide variety of movement to keep your body functioning well. After having TOS for more than 30 years, a lot of this stuff seems impossible to me, but I think doing the same things, over and over, is a big cause of TOS. He points out that if you specialize in what you're doing too much, you will pay a price.

Wow, there are several "flare up your TOS today!" moves on this!

That's my favorite quote from this video because it's been my experience. After more than 30 years with TOS, that's what happened to me. If your muscles are in spasms for years, over time, they don't move anymore. They get locked together, just like he says. I've been working on mobility for more than three years now but it's very hard to get back. That saying, "Move it, or lose it" is very true. |
