hello, new here, already on Psych Central
 
but also diagnosed with diabetes, neurapathy, RA, possible testing for fibromyalgia and memory isses, osteoparosis. Sixty, felt young till a few years ago. Trying to do, learn, be, help my best for whatever I have left. Do still love physical and mental exercise and humor. Have some family and friends also w special needs. Former military officer, teacher, writer, married, with three grown kids, and a sweet great niece. A pet lover. More in my profile. Looking forward to getting to know some folks and learning. Learned a lot already today, my first day!!!!:)

Hi, Welcome. My name is Melody. I'm 65 and a diabetic also. I grow my own food in my living room. Saved my sanity and my life.

I sprout and do microgreens. It's a fun hobby.

Hello Anneo ..

I've been on here for a while now .. left for a while because I didn't feel I belonged to the group I was with (Spinal Cord Stimulator) but it is so nice in here that I thought I would hang out here in the Welcome room and say hello to everyone who join ..

So, from me .. hello and welcome. Pull up a chair and I'll put the kettle on. x
